Hihi got my O level results on 12 Jan.. I am not satisfied with my L1R4. I gt 19 it is really not what I expected, I aimed for 10-14, then it turned out to be 19.. Damn hate lo... I was shocked too, ENG, MATHS, SCIENCE ( all C6) Idiot lol, my science in prelim was B3 standard and my maths was B4 standard!! Even my combined humanities, In prelim, I get A1 but now get B3... seriously felt disappointed with my results...But was quite shocked that my Art gt a B4!! Thanks Mr shamsul for all of your help...
Tat day, it was so scary, I was shivering with fear.. When I saw the percentage of passers in each subject. All the top scorers and lastly, wishing us gd luck... Then, Mr ong and mdm howe were settled down and ready to give out our results. My register number is in the middle so waited and try to looked at everyone's expression after they gotten it bk.. And then " YAN TENG", my turn, walked slowly with shivering legs, sat down, result slip was placed on the table. the first sentence mdm howe said to me was " yt, did u spent too much time on your art??" Then i go like "ya", took a quick browse at my grades, counted my L1R4.Went back to my seat with a gloomy face, I settled down. Cherin(saw my sad face): Hey don't cry... But I started crying sooooooo long................................. Althought I can get into poly but its not the course that I wanted. NONE!...SO ANGRY... Then after I cried, Zi jun cried, as she didn't qualified for poly. But we had went to Rp with her, shuld be can apply de la. The JAE will be ending on friday, so had submitted my 12 choices... All ok le, My first choice is visual communication in NYP, second is Chinese media and communication in NP, third is GERONTOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT STUDIES (TEMASEK POLYTECHNIC)... I chose lots of choices in NYP, NP and Tp. So shuld be in either one ba. Really hope is Ngee Ann or Nanyang as it is nearer ma...
Gd Luck everyone for ur choice of your poly or ITE, No matter what, must make sure that you chose the course that u are interested in and not for the sake of choosing. Lets jia you for our future, love ya.take care....
