Wanted to share some of my point of view here about friends....
Friends is one whom you can share problems with , one who will always be on your side , supporting you and telling you what to do. One whom always know what you are thinking , even if you fake out a smile , they will know , something is not right. One that you can trust with no worries , one that you can rely on. One who won't deliberately hurt your feelings, but will show kindness and respect to you . One that is not afraid to tell you the truth no matter what it is. One that understands who you are and will lend a listening ear when you need to whine or complain. One that will care for you and also worry about you just because you are someone important to them...
To me , Friendship is a very important thing in life . You can have lots of friends , but not all of them are close friends , did they do all the things above that is mentioned?
IF yes : Congrats , they are great friends , feel free to tell them everything.
IF no : They may just be a normal friend that you can't totally trust them.
I think that respect is really important in friendship . Knowing the limits of a person and don't reach their limits . Don't think that because you all are friends , it should be alright to do that . I am here to tell you , you are wrong!! No matter how close you are to that friend, you should still respect them and not take them for granted just because they are nice to you. When people treat you nicely , you better do the same and not make use of people's kindness.
When you have a favour to ask , ask it sincerely and politely. Not like they had owe you or something , trying asking this way and nobody will even consider to help you.
When you did something wrong , don't say sorry for the sake of saying. Say it when you are really guilty and sorry for the mistake you make , ensure that you will not repeat it again. If not what's the point ??
Try to put yourself into other people's shoe.. Ask yourself if people did this to you,., , will you be happy? If not then why you did this to them?
DO think twice or even thrice when you wanted to do something. Make sure you don't regret after doing them! Listen to what your friend has to say , you are not always right , you may be wrong at times.
In conclusion , I want to say that , Friends are often an important part of our lives. Friends are usually people we trust and respect.It may not be easy to maintain friendships and sometimes friends disappoint you.
